End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Scope

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) governs the use of the Shopware plugins (“Software”) we provide through the customer account on onfuchse.de. By downloading and using the Software, you accept these terms.

2. License

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the respective plugin page, we make our plugins available under the MIT license. The MIT license grants you, among other things, the right to use, copy, modify, publish and distribute the Software free of charge — including within commercial stores — as long as the license and copyright notice remains included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software. The full license text is included with each plugin.

3. Disclaimer of warranty

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party rights. We do not warrant that the Software will run error-free or that it is compatible with every Shopware version, theme, or plugin combination.

4. Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, to the extent permitted by law. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and in accordance with the Product Liability Act.

5. Updates

We strive to further develop our plugins and provide updates through your customer account, but we are not obligated to do so. There is no entitlement to support, further development, or compatibility with future Shopware versions.
